Bob is an executive consultant, facilitator and coach. His clients indicate that he has an extraordinary ability to build relationships with individuals and groups, leading them in breakthrough conversations that create new ways of interacting and doing business. He consults across many industries with clients like: Pearson, plc, Lockheed Martin, SWIFT, government agencies, global professional societies and Universities.
As Director and Senior Faculty of the Georgetown University Organization Development Program for many years, he trained hundreds of leaders and consultants in the complex dynamics of change. He is the creator of the Leadership-in-Action Cohort Leadership Training Methodology currently used by the US Army to prepare Senior Scientists and Engineers for executive roles.
He has an MA in Human Resource Development, post-graduate training in Organization Development and coaching training in the Gestalt, Sedona Method and Integral traditions. A U.S. citizen, Bob works, travels and speaks internationally. He is fluent in French, and has lived in Europe and Central Africa. In recent years, his work has taken him to across the United States and internationally to Brussels, London, Hong Kong, Serbia, Kosovo, Liberia and Austria among others.
